These Terms of Use apply to Spiono, an iOS party game and impostor word game for local play with friends.
By downloading, accessing, or using Spiono, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. App License
Spiono is licensed, not sold. Your use of Spiono is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom EULA is provided for the app. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/macapps/stdeula/.
2. Personal and Local Use
Spiono is provided for personal entertainment use. The app is designed for local gameplay on one device. You agree to use Spiono lawfully and not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or attempt to disrupt the app or its related services.
3. Local Gameplay Content
Players are responsible for the names, words, categories, prompts, or other content they enter or use during gameplay. Do not enter unlawful, harmful, abusive, private, or confidential information into the app. Spiono is not responsible for content created, entered, spoken, or used by players during a game session.
4. Premium Features
Spiono may offer optional Premium access through Apple in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Premium access may be offered as a weekly subscription and as a yearly subscription. Premium features may include premium categories, premium game modes, additional game content or settings, and removal of interstitial ads where available. The exact Premium features included may change over time as the app is updated.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials or introductory offers, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the app and in Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase. If you purchase a subscription, payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
Weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. 6. RevenueCat
Spiono uses RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchases, weekly and yearly subscriptions, receipt validation, subscription status, Premium entitlement access, and purchase restoration. RevenueCat does not process your payment card details for App Store purchases; Apple handles App Store payment processing. RevenueCat's privacy information is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
7. Ads
The free version of Spiono may show interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Premium access may remove interstitial ads where available. Ads are provided by third-party advertising services and may be subject to consent choices and privacy settings shown in the app or on your device.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. To request a refund, use Apple's refund process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
9. Restore Purchases
If supported in the app, you may restore purchases to reconnect App Store purchase records to the app. Restored access depends on Apple's records, RevenueCat subscription status, and the Apple Account used for the purchase.
10. Privacy
Your use of Spiono is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how local gameplay information, purchase information, RevenueCat, ads, consent choices, and support communications are handled.
11. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of Spiono at any time. We try to keep Spiono available and working, but we do not guarantee that the app, Premium features, subscriptions, or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Intellectual Property
Spiono, including its name, design, graphics, interface, text, gameplay concepts, and app content, belongs to the app owner or its licensors. You may not use Spiono branding, assets, or content without permission, except as allowed by law.
13. No Warranty
Spiono is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or claims arising from your use of Spiono, local gameplay, subscriptions, third-party services, or inability to use the app.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Spiono after the updated Terms become available means you accept the updated Terms.
